Little Big Talents is a child and youth development initiative committed to shaping a generation of talented, resilient, and socially responsible young leaders. We work at the intersection of talent development, environmental sustainability, and girl empowerment, ensuring children are equipped with skills, confidence, and values that last a lifetime.
We believe that early investment in children creates long-term impact. By nurturing talent, protecting the environment, and empowering girls, we contribute to sustainable development at both community and national levels.
Our programs are implemented through a clear and impactful Three-Pillar (3P) Framework, designed for measurable, scalable, and community-driven change.

1. Talent Identification & Development
We identify and nurture children’s natural abilities from an early age—transforming creativity and skills into practical, market-relevant talents.
Our approach supports children to develop confidence, discipline, and entrepreneurial thinking, laying the foundation for future income generation, employability, and self-reliance. Talent is not just discovered—it is structured, refined, and positioned for sustainable livelihoods.
2. Environmental Conservation & Climate Action
Through Little Mister Environment Kenya, we engage children as active participants in environmental conservation and climate resilience.

3. Girl Empowerment, Health & Protection

Menstrual and maternal health education
Sexual and reproductive health rights

Prevention of harmful practices, including FGM
